Falmouth Residents Directory is a privately run reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections concerning Falmouth, Massachusetts. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a public office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. Neither the service nor material found through it may be used to:

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted; republishing complete pages or systematically copying the content is not.

We may block or limit access, without notice and at our discretion, when a user violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Massachusetts Law

12. Severability
